Expert operation
At IDHS, in addition to realising housing locations, we also facilitate the management and operation of housing locations. With us, comfort and prospects are the bedrock: professional management is of enormous importance for this. We aim for optimal set-up and careful supervision to provide labour migrants with maximum living enjoyment.
IDHS: More than just housing
At IDHS everything revolves around the total living experience. This goes beyond just housing! At IDHS we ensure high living comfort for labour migrants through high-quality housing, but also local facilities and activities in the neighbourhood, such as a membership at a local sports or fitness club, neighbourhood association and more. In this way, we ensure a good living environment and unburden labour migrants.
Well-being and communication
From IDHS, all locations are carefully managed by multilingual administrators. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and take care of the residents’ well-being. Their role as a manager includes contact with the (local) environment, communication with residents and other stakeholders and information provision for all parties involved. In addition, they monitor the house rules on-site and ensure transparent communication about this.
Our managers take care of:
- Education and communication
- Communication with and among those involved
- Quality inspections and monitoring compliance with house rules
- Administration, including registering and managing resident data
- Guidance and support of residents
Technical support
Optimal living comfort
Our technical support is responsible for the safety and maintenance of the accommodation. Keeping the living comfort as high as possible is central to this. Periodic maintenance and inspections predominate here and contribute to this. Our technical support and inspectors work according to SNF standards and provide all the necessary information before, during and after occupancy of the housing through its inspections and reports. Transparency and insight for all involved are central to this.
Cleaning
Because hygiene matters
Living comfort and hygiene go hand in hand. Our Cleaning branch performs various cleaning activities within our accommodation. These activities are fully aimed at guaranteeing the well-being of the residents and maximising living comfort. In addition, the preservation of locations is central: with targeted cleaning of the living areas, every form of housing is well preserved.
Vacancy optimisation
Social awareness
To combat vacancy, we at IDHS are looking at solutions for making certain buildings useful after all. On the one hand, this prevents the long-term vacancy of buildings that can be used in a different way and on the other hand, we provide our clients with temporary housing for labour migrants, in the best possible way.
