Stichting Normering Flexwonen (foundation for flexible housing standards, or SNF) manages and maintains the registers of companies that meet the standard for housing for labour migrants. Organisations that offer housing for labour migrants can obtain a certificate from the SNF. To do this, they must meet the standard for housing labour migrants. Housing locations of the organisations that register with the SNF are checked annually. If the housing does not meet the requirements, and issues are not restored quickly, the provider of housing will be removed from the register of the SNF.
