Skilled professionals

Skilled professionals, such as healthcare workers and technical specialists, often require more privacy and peace and quiet. For this group, we develop projects with private single rooms, providing end users with the space and privacy they need to focus on their work and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Seasonal workers

Seasonal migrant workers often share a room with another person, which suits their work rhythm and helps keep housing affordable. Despite the shared space, we make sure that comfort and basic needs are fully met, allowing them to feel at home.

Highly educated and skilled migrants

For highly skilled migrant workers, such as expats, we develop projects like self-contained studios or apartments. These spaces offer complete privacy and independence, matching the expectations and work rhythms of these end users.

Homeless migrant workers

For migrant workers without a permanent place to live, we offer shelter projects at larger sites. These spaces are simply furnished and designed to meet short-term housing needs, while fully complying with standards for management, hygiene, and safety.
