IDHS (International Domestic Housing Solutions) provides housing primarily to migrant workers, or international workers, in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Levi Derksen

Levi Derksen is the driving force behind the procurement and operational side of IDHS. Together with his brother Jay, he is responsible for the further development and growth of the company. Levi focuses on realizing new projects and ensuring their success.

"Our view of the industry is that it will only get better with various certifications, such as SNF and PKS. Only this is often the minimum. We always try to be above that: more square footage, more privacy, and one person per room."

Jay Derksen

Jay Derksen, together with his brother Levi, is the driving force behind IDHS. As the person ultimately responsible for the company’s commerce, Jay brings energy and enthusiasm with a personal touch.

Their multilingual team oversees the well-being and daily activities of our residents, manages house rules, and maintains communication. Cozy Lodging is available 24/7, staying in close contact with residents, the local community, and all relevant stakeholders.

Cleaning

A clean and well-maintained living environment is crucial for both the well-being of residents and the upkeep of the property. Cozy Lodging takes care of the complete cleaning within our housing projects, including living areas, kitchens, restrooms, and common spaces. 
With regular cleaning rounds and additional checks, we ensure high hygiene standards. This way, we provide residents with a pleasant and safe environment where they can truly feel at home.

Vacancy optimization

At IDHS, we efficiently utilize vacant properties by converting them into temporary housing. This provides a sustainable solution to the housing needs of migrant workers, emergency seekers and other target groups.
